The dates for future meetings of Ministerial synod can be found in the District Diary. These papers are normally available about three weeks before the Synod meets. The Synod normally meets in March.

All Presbyters who are stationed in the Circuits in the District are members of the Synod and are required to attend unless they have requested and been given a dispensation by the District Chair. Recognised and Regarded presbyters are also members of the Synod, Authorised and Associate Presbyters are welcome to attend the Synod.
